Unless otherwise stated on activity materials, the Northeast AHEC will issue a statement of credit within two (2) weeks following completion of all required documentation. To receive credit, activity participants must sign the appropriate attendance roster, be present for the requested time of the activity, receive a passing score on any required post-test, and complete and return the course evaluation.
The Northeast AHEC does not issue statements of credit for Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) Programs or ACPE credit. A transcript of your RSS participation can be requested at any time by contacting Megan Littleton by email at megan.littleton@st-claire.org or by phone at 606.783.7578. Those seeking ACPE credit can view and print out statements of credit from their NABP e-profile.
