Northeast AHEC Celebrates 25 Years of Partnership with KYCOM

The Northeast AHEC and the University of Pikeville's Kentucky College of Medicine celebrated 25 years of partnership on August 2, 2024.

This special event and milestone celebrated preceptors and health care facility partners for their dedication and impact in training our region's current and future providers. Former students, residents, and current students were also recognized.

All partnering facilities received an award for their dedication. Two preceptors in particular were recognized for their longstanding roles precepting KYCOM students and preparing them to go into residency.
