Gratis Faculty members are a vital and integral part of the medical school's educational mission, providing medical students with experiences that cannot be replicated in the classroom and strengthening ties between the school and communities we serve.

Gratis faculty privileges require an active University of Louisville identification number and may require a UofL Cardinal Card. To obtain an ID or to get a Cardinal Card, call the Office of Faculty Affairs at (502) 852-0829 or email gratis@louisville.edu.
